The staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided prompt assistance. the hotel offered really good service in a central location. my room was well-equipped, and i especially enjoyed the complimentary extras provided. I would visit again.
My ONLY concern involved slight noise. the room seemed a bit noisy from the corridor. it was not TOO distracting from MY stay.

The room included a spacious bathroom. It featured both a shower and a bathtub. I appreciated that the hotel offered fresh milk in the room. The breakfast had a good variety of food.
The parking situation was a bit unclear on arrival.

My classic double room included crisp, white sheets and offered comfort. Air conditioning was in the room, plus a fan, and that helped. There were coffee and tea facilities with fresh milk, a nice touch.

The staff was polite and friendly. They recorded an incident when I fell. I asked for ice. A receptionist knew exactly what I did because it happened before.

The staff at reception were efficient and helpful. The location was GREAT!
I was underwhelmed by the cleanliness. The floors and surfaces were dusty. This is UNACCEPTABLE. My room was not cleaned , and when I went to breakfast at 10:15 am (45 minutes before closing), there was barely anything left. The waitress said they could not replenish the items. I was disappointed.

The breakfast had a superb selection, all made to order! I loved the little heart-shaped shortbread biscuits. They were a nice touch. The staff was beyond friendly, from the reception to the maintenance man!

the hotel receptionist didn't know were the nearest parking was.
